
City of Miramichi Food Truck Program
The City of Miramichi invites mobile food vendors to participate in our seasonal Food Truck Program, designed to bring vibrancy and variety to our public spaces. The program operates annually from May to October, offering licensed vendors the opportunity to serve the community from designated sites across the city.

What You Need to Know:
Licenses are issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
Vendors must operate from an approved mobile unit (truck or trailer only—no kiosks or carts).
Operating hours are dawn to dusk, 7 days a week, unless otherwise restricted during city events.
There are 3 main locations with a total of 5 available vending sites.
Vendors are responsible for securing all necessary health and safety certifications, insurance, and equipment.
