The City of Miramichi will be accepting Expression of Interest for the development of property located at Douglastown Boulevard, more particularly identified by Part of PID#40540361.

The purpose of requesting an Expression of Interest is to identify experienced and qualified developers, investors, and property development firms for the opportunity to participate in the development of prime commercial properties.

The Expression of Interest documents may be obtained from the City of Miramichi Department of Economic Development & Tourism, 2nd floor City Hall, 141 Henry Street, Miramichi, NB, 506-623-5383.

Expression of Interest are to be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Expression of Interest: ED&T # 2024-003” and deposited in the tender box located in the City Clerk’s Office, 3rd Floor City Hall, 141 Henry Street, Miramichi, New Brunswick, E1V 2N5 prior to 11:00 a.m. on December 18, 2024.
