Expression of Interest 24-039 - Lease Accommodation for Chatham Public Library
The City of Miramichi will be accepting expressions of interest from companies or individuals to lease to the City a 6,200 square foot library to replace the current facility located at 24 King Street, Miramichi, NB.
Specifications must be obtained from the City Clerk's Office by emailing clerk@miramichi.org.
Expressions of Interest will be received by the undersigned until 12:00 noon (AST), October 22, 2024.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and the lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
La Ville de Miramichi acceptera les manifestations d'intérêt d'entreprises ou de particuliers qui souhaitent louer à la Ville une bibliothèque de 6200 pieds carrés pour remplacer l'installation actuelle située au 24, rue King, à Miramichi (N.-B.).
Les spécifications doivent être obtenues auprès du bureau du greffier municipal en envoyant un courriel à clerk@miramichi.org
Les déclarations d'intérêt seront reçues par le soussigné jusqu'à midi (HNA), le 22 octobre 2024.
La Ville se réserve le droit d'accepter ou de rejeter toutes les propositions, et la proposition la plus basse ne sera pas nécessairement acceptée.
