Public presentation on proposed rezoning scheduled for June 25th

The City of Miramichi intends to consider amendments to its Municipal Plan, being By-Law No. 109 entitled “City of Miramichi Municipal Plan By-Law”.
The purpose of the proposed amendment is to permit a change in land use designation from “Residential” to “Commercial” for the Subject Property described as PID 40265878, located at 1265 King George Highway, Miramichi.
The Council will proceed with a Public Presentation of the proposed amendment on June 25, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the City Hall, 141 Henry Street, Miramichi, N.B. 
Interested parties may inspect the proposed by-law online at the City’s website www.miramichi.org by searching “Proposed By-Laws”, or by appointment (24-hour notice) at the City Hall during regular operating hours.
