Notice of Public Presentation - July 30, 2024
The City of Miramichi intends to consider amendments to its Municipal Plan, being By-Law No. 109 entitled “City of Miramichi Municipal Plan By-Law”.
The purpose of the proposed amendment is to permit a change in land use designation from “Institutional” to “Mixed Use” for a ~10,000m2 portion of the Subject Property described as PID 40543761 (no civic address assigned) located on Howard Street, Miramichi.
The Council will proceed with a Public Presentation of the proposed amendment on July 30, 2024, at 6:10 p.m. at the City Hall, 141 Henry Street, Miramichi, NB.
Interested parties may inspect the proposed by-law online at the City’s website www.miramichi.org by searching “Proposed By-Laws”, or by appointment (24-hour notice) at the City Hall during regular operating hours.

The Council will proceed with a Public Presentation of the proposed amendment on July 30, 2024, at 6:20 p.m. at the City Hall, 141 Henry Street, Miramichi, NB.
Interested parties may inspect the proposed by-law online at the City’s website www.miramichi.org by searching “Proposed By-Laws”, or by appointment (24-hour notice) at the City Hall during regular operating hours.
