Lighting upgrade to Queen Elizabeth Park set to begin June 12th

The lighting upgrade project in Queen Elizabeth Park, led by the Downtown Newcastle Business District is scheduled to begin Wednesday, June 12th.

The work is expected to take two weeks to complete.

The park will remain open during the installation. If closures are required, the public will be notified.
